DIRECT 3D PRINTING go to YOUR OCEANZ

3D printing is also called Rapid Prototyping, Rapid Manufacturing or Layered Manufacturing. This technique is the layered building of products.

How does 3D printing work at Oceanz?

At Oceanz we work with 3D printers that use a fine powder. These printers connect layers of powder with each other, so that they take on a solid form. We call this 3D printing according to the SLS technology. SLS stands for Selective Laser Sintering, a widely accepted technology for manufacturing products made of Nylon (plastic).

What is Selective Laser Sintering?

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) is a 3D printing technique in which plastic objects are layered. This is done by fusing a thermoplastic (or metal) powder. Each time a layer of powder is placed on another layer of powder. Each layer the powder is locally melted (sintered) by the laser. This hardens the powder and creates an entire object in 3D.

As a professional 3D printing company, Oceanz has been familiar with the market, professional colleagues and professionals for years. Knowledge and concrete business cases we have gained in full in various fields. For example, we print for the following industries:

At Oceanz we broaden our knowledge continuously, we look for novelties and we are not shy of innovations and developments. Together with our customers we develop and create 3D print innovations that make the difference in every production process.
