Flame retardant material for 3D printed products? The material Oceanz PAFR is a Flame Retardant (FR), so it is a flame retardant powder. The material is a halogen-free polyamide 12 and is, like the ‘normal’ PA12, a strong, rigid material with good resistance to chemicals and temperature. Because the material meets the set criteria, it can be used in electronics (UL 94) as well as in the aircraft industry (JAR 25).
