Oceanz Flexible TPU
Oceanz Flexible TPU is a rubbery, naturally colored thermoplastic polyurethane powder that has been developed and optimized for use in a laser sintering system.
Typical applications
Oceanz Flexible TPU has excellent material properties:
• High elasticity, resilience and resistance to fatigue
• Excellent surface quality and level of detail
• Biocompatible according to ISO 10993-5 and ISO 10993-10
Typical applications of the material are fully functional, flexible plastic parts of the highest quality, such as handrails, insoles, grippers, handles, and seals. Its rubber-like behavior qualifies Oceanz Flexible TPU as an excellent prototyping and series production material. Furthermore, the material can be used to print very fine, flexible structures with a high level of detail.
Polishing and coloring
Oceanz Flexible TPU is available for retail and industrial applications (ISO 9001) and medical grade (ISO 13485) for external applications (e.g., orthopedic and prosthetic devices).
Oceanz Flexible TPU can not be colored, polished, or coated.
